Open Microsoft Outlook, click the "Tools" menu, then click "Accounts"



Click on the "Add" button, then "Mail"



Enter a display name. Click "Next"



Enter your new email address. Click "Next"



Select "POP3" and enter mail.yourdomain.com as both the "Incoming" and "Outgoing" servers. Click "Next"



Enter your email address in the account name and your new POP account password. "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" must be unchecked. Click "Next"



Select your internet connection type. Click "Next"



Click "Finish"
